Founded in 2021 by HwG-Paris and Elata, the French Shibari Mafia | www.frenchshibarimafia.com quickly established itself as the reference in Shibari and Japanese Bondage by marketing a collection of 100% natural premium jute rope artisanal spinning as well as a range of accessories and products organic maintenance for ropes and personalized private lessons.

All our products have been carefully designed to suit the different modes of shibari: aesthetics - constraint - suspension. Our “Samurai” ropes are spun (twisted) exclusively by hand by

a rope maker

in order to respect the prestige of this ancestral art but also to guarantee incomparable quality and flexibility. We do not use any chemical additives (JBO free)

● Careful check of each of the ropes

Each rope is manually controlled to ensure safe and durable practice. Our ropes are only put up for sale if no defects are noted throughout the spinning.

● Natural treatment of the strings

Our shibari strings are naturally treated with a special blend of jojoba oil, calendula and ORGANIC beeswax. This balm preserves the softness of the braiding for pleasant contact with the skin and for a pleasant grip during your sessions.
